We have been working on dual wheel assemblies since the 1970s. Today, we partner with leading tractor manufacturers and selected national distributors throughout Europe.

The STARCO dual wheel system was originally designed in the 1970s for the harsh conditions of the Swiss Alps, but we have since evolved this offering to meet the demands of tractors throughout Europe. Farmers use dual wheels for a variety of reasons, primarily to improve traction and stability, reduce ground pressure and make their tractors more versatile.

While dual wheels are primarily used on agricultural tractors, we are finding that dual wheels and custom wheels are also used in other sectors and applications, such as small wheel loaders, tool carriers, maintenance vehicles and some specialized industrial applications such as the huge platform trailers that carry wind turbine towers across the field.
